Article 3. City Swimming Pool
12-301 Established.
There is hereby established a swimming pool for the city to be known as the Douglass City Swimming Pool.

12-302 Pool manager.
The city swimming pool shall be operated and managed by the pool manager, under the supervision of the City Administrator.

12-303 Rules and regulations.
The pool will be operated in accordance with the rules and regulations concerning health and safety of swimmers, devised, posted and enforced by the pool manager and staff.
