A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING THE CITY OF DOUGLASS, KANSAS, CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 6.

Section 1. The City of Douglass, by the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5(c)(4) of the constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby repeals Charter Ordinance No. 6 whereby the city did exempt itself from the provision of K.S.A. 79-502(b) as amended.
