Zoning regulations are hereby approved and adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Douglass, Kansas, as prepared and published in book form as a Model Code by the Douglass City Planning Commission with the technical assistance of Foster & Associates, Planning Consultants of Wichita, Kansas, and the City Zoning Administrator under the date of April 23, 2009 and entitled “Zoning Regulations of the City of Douglass, Kansas” and the same are hereby incorporated by reference as fully as if set out herein.

There are further herein incorporated by reference and adopted Official Zoning Maps delineating the boundaries of zoning districts and the classification of such districts as well as the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) on the Index Map effective June 02, 2009 prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, which maps shall be marked “Official copy of zoning district map incorporated into zoning regulations by adoption of Ordinance No. 771 by the Governing Body of the City of Douglass on the 13th day of May 2009” and filed with the Zoning Administrator to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. Said zoning map has been further amended by Ords. 788, 834, 886, and 909.
